The WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature), with its international headquarters in Gland, Switzerland, is supported world wide by about five million members. Globally, there are WWF network branches in more than 50 countries. The web-based activities of WWF includes ‘Passport’, the online portal for active environmentalists.
Task: To activate 90,000 environmentalists

Solution: A truly personalised platform
Online activists of WWF are informed and motivated via the website and especially through a personalised email newsletter.
By means of Inxmail Software, this targeted newsletter achieves dream response rates of 15%.
WWF campaigners can now publish new initiatives or new language versions quickly and easily thanks to the getunik CMS. An added advantage is that the platform allows efficient upgrading.
